인간의 삶의 목적은 하나님의 영광이다. 그리스도 예수의 이름을 영광되게 하는 것 그것이 인간의 삶의 목적이다. 이 신령한 복과 의미를 하나님과 그의 아들을 믿는 자들에게 허락하셨다.
나의 삶을 통해서 예수그리스도의 이름이 영광받으실 수 있다면 그 보다 더 큰 영광이 나의 인생에 어디 있으랴,
온 우주를 창조하시고, 주관하시며
사랑하시며,
그 영광으로 가득차 있으신 하나님,
그 어떤 말로 표현할 수 없는 영광으로 가득 차 있는 그 분의 영광이
나의 삶을 통해 조금이라도 드러날 수 있다면 그것 만큼 큰 영광이 나에게 있을까?
주님, 저의 삶을 통해서,
순간 순간, 호흡하는 모든 순간을 통해서 당신의 영광을 어떻게 드러냅니까?
당신의 섬세한 사랑을
당신의 순결한 마음을
당신의 거룩한 정신을
당신의 온유한 인격을
당신의 진실한 인내를
당신의 헌신된 희생을
당신의 값없는 베품을
나의 삶속에서, 나의 말과 행동속에서, 나의 성품속에서 어떻게 드러낼 수 있습니까?
온전히 성령하나님의 인도하심에 순종하는 제가 될 수 있도록 도우소서.
성령으로 충만하여 당신의 증인된 삶을 살게 하시고,
그리스도가 사시는 것을 늘 기억하고,
당신의 걸음을 알아차리고, 순종하며 따라가게 하소서.
그것이 참된 복이며, 행복인 것을 기억하며 살아가는 저희들이 되게 하시옵소서.
"우리 하나님과 주 예수 그리스도의 은혜대로 우리 주 예수의 이름이 너희 가운데서 영광을 받으시고 너희도 그 안에서 영광을 받게 하려 함이라" 살전 1:12
하나님, 또한
어떤 예기치 못한 상황속에서도 쉽게 마음이 흔들리거나 두려워하거나 하지 말게 하시옵소서.
하나님, 이곳에서 저희 가정을 붙들어 주셨던 것처럼,
하나님께서 이끌어 주실 줄 믿습니다.
그러나 주님을 순종하며 나아갈 수 있도록 도와 주시길 소원합니다.

우리는 낮에 속하였으니
우리는 낮에 속하였으니 정신을 차리고 믿음과 사랑의 호심경을 붙이고 구원의 소망의 투구를 쓰자.
하나님이 우리르 세우심은 노하심에 이르게 하심이 아니요 오직 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 구원을 받게 하심이라
예수께서 우리를 위하여 죽으사 우리로 하여금 깨어 있든디 자든지 자기와 함께 살게 하려 하셨느니라
그러므로 피차 권면하고 서로 덕을 세우기를 너희가 하는 것 같이 하라
형제들아 우리가 너희에게 구하노니 너희가운데서 수고하고 주 안에서 너희를 다스리며 권하는 자들을 너희가 알고
그들의 역사로 말미암아 사랑 안에서 가장 귀히 여기며 너희끼리 화목하라

범사에 헤아려 좋은 것을 취하고
악은 어떤 모양이라도 버리라
평강의 하나님이 친히 너희를 온전히 거룩하게 하시고 또 너희의 온 영과 혼과 몸이 우리 주 예수 그리스도께서 강림하실 때에 흠 없게 보전되기를 원하노라
너희를 부르시는 이는 미쁘시니 그가 또한 이루시리라 (살전 5:14-24)
사랑의 하나님, 참으로 감사합니다.
당신의 아들 그리스도로 말미암아 구원을 허락하신 하나님,
당신의 은혜와 자비에 고개 숙이며 한없는 감사로 낮아지고 싶습니다.
제 자신이 먼저 깨어 있든지 자든지 언제 어디서나 당신과 함께 있을 수 있도록 도와주시옵소서.
제 자신이 내 인생의 주인인 것처럼 의식하지 않도록 하소서.
주님, 내 안에 계시고, 당신의 뜻만 따라 순종하는 제 자신이 될 수 있도록 도와 주시옵소서.
주님의 사랑으로
제가 만나게 될 모든 사람들, 부모님들, 친구들, 샘물학교 선생님들과 그 가족들, 학생들과 그 부모님들, 교회관계자들, 킹덤에듀케이션을 통해서 만나게 될 모든 기독교육자들에게 주님의 사랑으로 귀히 여기게 하시고,
그들을 주의 사랑으로 태도로 권면하고 권계하고 격려하고 붙들어 줄 수 있도록 모든 사람에게 오래 참는 자 되게 하소서.
사랑하는 가족에게 먼저 오래 참을 수 있도록 하소서.
사랑하는 아내와 아들에게 부모님들에게 오래 참을 수 있도록 하시옵소서.
특별히 샘물의 이사장님과 교장선생님, 모든 권위자들에게 하나님의 은혜와 섭리가운데 잘 이해하고 존경할 수 있도록 하시고, 그들에게 하늘의 지혜를 부어 주실 줄 믿습니다.
제가 만나게 될 모든 부모님들과 형제가 연합하는 것 같이 연합할 수 있도록 하게 하시고, 기도하며 살아가게 하시옵소서.
아내의 길을 예비해주시길 소원합니다. 가까운 곳으로 발령이 나지 않을 수 있다고 경고가 왔는데 이는 하나님의 선하신 길에있는 줄 압니다. 지금까지 지켜 주신 하나님께 감사와 영광을 돌리며 하나님의 섭리가운데 주님 도와 주실 줄 믿습니다.
악으로 악을 갚지 말라하신 주님의 말씀을 가슴깊이 새기길 원합니다.
두레와의 관계속에서도 온전히 그리스도의 사랑으로 회복되어지게 하시고
진리가운데 그들을 도울 수 있고 사랑할 수 있도록 도와 주시옵소서.
사랑하는 아들의 학교를 예비하신 줄 압니다.
아들의 인생이 하나님께 헌신되는 길이 되게 하시옵소서.
킹덤에듀케이션 모임을 한국에서 만들려고 합니다. 하나님께서 그 길에 협력자와 동역자들을 보내 주시고, 이것이 단지 하나의 또 다른 모임이 되는 것이 아니라 진정 하나님의 말씀을 선포하는 모임이 되게 하시옵소서.
하나님의 말씀에 든든히 서서 교육을 세울 수 있는 센터가 될 수 있도록 주님 도와 주시길 간절히 기도드립니다.
함께 하나님의 말씀에 기초하여 하나님의 학교를 교육을 세워나갈 동역자들과 교사들, 주님이 원하시는 경건한 자녀들을 키우는데 마음을 같이 할 선생님들을 보내주시고, 기독인들과 목사님들을 보내주시길 간절히 기도드립니다.
3년 계획을 세우는 데 기도로 세우게 하시고, 기도 가운데 모든 것이 이루어질 수 있도록 축복하여 주시옵소서.

기도를 계속하고 기도에 감사함으로 깨어 있으라
주님, 이 시간 노목사님을 위해 기도합니다.
오늘 인터뷰가 있는데 주님 그 입술과 마음을 주장하여 주시고,
주님을 위해 헌신하기로 한 그 마음의 충성됨을 보시고,
진실하고 겸손히 섬길 양들을 허락하여 주시옵소서.
직업이 아니고,
오직 고난의 길로 가는 줄 압니다.
주님 십자가를 지기로 하며 그것을 충성되고 감사함으로 지기로 결단하는 그 종의 가족에게 주님의 함께하심으로 인한 담대함과 성령의 충만함으로 가득차게 하소서.
주님의 이름으로 기도드립니다. 아멘.

주의 말씀
그러므로 나의 사랑하는 자들아, 너희가 나 있을 때뿐 아니라 더욱 지금 나 없을 때에도 항상 복종하여 두렵고 떨림으로 너희 구원을 이루라. 너희 안에서 행하시는 이는 하나님이시니, 자기의 기쁘신 뜻을 위하여 너희에게 소원을 두고 행하게 하시나니, 모든 일에 원망과 시비가 없이 하라. 이는 너희가 흠이 없고 순전하여 어그러지고 거스르는 세대 가운데서 하나님의 흠없는 자녀로 세상에서 그들 가운데 빛들로 나타내며, 생명의 말씀을 밝혀 ,,,,,,, (빌 2:12-16a).
하나님의 성령으로 봉사하며 그리스도 예수로 자랑하고 육체를 신뢰하지 아니하는 우리가 곧 할례파라. (빌 3:3).
그러나 무엇이든지 내게 유익하던 것을 내가 그리스도를 위하여 다 해로 여길 뿐더러 또한 모든 것을 해로 여김은 내 주 그리스도 예수를 아는 지식이 가장 고상하기 때문이라 내가 그를 위하여 모든 것을 잃어버리고 배설물로 여김은 그리스도를 얻고 그 안에서 발견되려 함이니 내가 가진 의는 율법에서 난 것이 아니요, 오직 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암은 것이니 곧 믿음으로 하나님께로부터 난 의라. (

생각보다 졸업해도 정리하고 한국에 들어가려고 하니 할 일이 많네요........
지난 4년 여 동안 한결같이 연락해 주시고, 격려해 주시고,, 기도로 물질로 후원해 주신 선생님들께 어떻게 감사함을 표현할 방법이 없네요. 이렇게 부족한 사람을 아무 이유없이 사랑해주시고, 끝까지 지원해주신 선생님들께 고맙다는 말씀밖에는 드릴 수 가 없네요.
물질을 떠나 한결같이 함께 응원해 주신 것,
제 평생의 큰 배움이 되었습니다.
아무런 자격이 되지 않는 저에게 이렇게 큰 사랑을 받게 하신 하나님께 감사를 드립니다.
제가 이곳에서 얻은 가장 큰 축복 중에 하나가 아닌가 생각합니다.
한국에 떠나 있으면서 선생님들의 사랑을 받고 기도를 받고, 마음을 4년이 넘게 한결같이 받았다는 것은 제가 여기서 한 어떤 경험의 가치보다 소중한 것입니다.
뭐 큰 공부를 한 것도 아닌데,
저 같은 사람에게 투자할 만 한 것도 없는데,
그저 사랑으로 후원해 주신 선생님들,,,,,
제가 두레학교에 있으면서 가장 큰 복으로 얻은 것은 선생님들이 아닌가 싶습니다.
주님의 사랑으로 한결 같이 후원해 주신 선생님들, 참으로 고맙습니다.
이제 한국에 들어가서 꼭 인사드리고, 또 계속 주님의 크신 뜻 안에서 함께 걸어가는 자리에 있길 소망합니다.
졸업을 하면서 모든 것이 감사하기만 하고,
선생님들을 통해 하나님의 조건없는 사랑을 크게 깨닫습니다.
한국에 1월 초에 들어가서 연락드리겠습니다.
일정이 어떻게 되시는 지 모르지만 시간내어 주실 줄 믿어요..........

구체적으로 주님의 길을 보여주시는 하나님, 감사드립니다.제가 잘 준비 할 수 있도록 지혜를 주시옵소서.
하나님, 제 힘으로 할 수 있는 것은 아무것도 없음을 다시 한번 고백합니다.
하나님을 경외하는 것이 지혜와 지식의 근본이라는 것을 깨달을 수 있도록 도와주십시요.
샘물학교의 어려움을 아시는 하나님께서 저를 그곳으로 불러 주셨음에 감사를 드립니다.
제가 그곳에서 협력하여 선을 이룰 수 있도록 도와 주시길 간절히 소원합니다.
교사들과의 관계속에서
권위와의 관계속에서
하나님앞에 헌신되게 하시고,
아이들을 사랑하게 하시고,
겸손히 하나님을 볼 수 있게 하시고,
하나님의 진리 가운데서 순종하는 샘물학교되게 하시옵소서.
사람을 의지하지 않고
하나님을 의지하는 저희들 되길 소원합니다.

새로운 시작을 주신 하나님께 감사! 그리고 그곳에 주님의 소망이 피어나길,,,,,,
주님, 샘물학교가 주님의 보혈로 온전히 씻어지며, 하나님의 사랑으로 회복되어지게 하소서.
힘들게 지금까지 학교를 지켜 주셨던 하나님,

a Slave or a Son?
"But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law, to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full of rights of sons.
Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, "Abba, Father."
So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and since you are a son, God has made you also an heir. (Gal 4:4-7).
"Now you, brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise" (Gal 4:28).
"You, my brothers, were called to be free, But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather serve one another in love" (Gal 5:13).
"Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires." (Gal 5:24).
"May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world." (Gal 6:14).
그리스도 예수의 사람들은 육체와 함께 그 정욕과 탐심을 십자가에 못 박았느니라
나는 예수의 사람인데, 나의 정욕과 욕심은 왜 나오는가?
그것은 내가 온전히 그리스도의 사람이 아니라는 것인가?
내 안의 죄가 그렇게 사는 것이지, 내가 사는 것이 아니다.
나의 정욕과 탐심을 십자가에 못받았기에 나에게는 오직 십자가만이 자랑이고,
세상이 나를 못박고, 나 또한 세상을 십자가에 못박았다라는 바울의 고백처럼,
그 속에서 살아간다.
주님,
주만이 나의 자랑이며, 모든 것이며,
주님이 원하시는 것을 제가 그렇게 하며 살아갈 수 있도록 주님, 도우소서.
성령의 인도하심데로 살 수 있도록 도와 주소서.
주님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

선규의 세례식 11/17/13
지난 주일에 선규가 세례를 받았습니다.
너무나 고마웠습니다. 사랑합니다. 하나님 축복을 감사합니다.
주님의 종으로서 겸손히 하나님앞에서 살아가는 아들 되게 해주시고, 기쁨과 순종으로 날마다 살아가서 하나님의 귀하신 뜻을, 소망을 주시옵소서.
이제 주님이 자신의 주인인 것을 알게 하시고, 자신이 자신의 주인 노릇하지 않도록 하시옵소서.
저희에게도 하나님의 고백을 주신 것 감사합니다.
성도들 앞에서의 고백이 우리의 고백이 아니라 지금까지 저희들을 훈련시켜 주시고, 인도해 주신 하나님 앞에서의 진실한 고백인 줄 압니다.
하나님, 그 고백이 진실로 이루어 질 줄 압니다. 왜냐하면 하나님의 소원을 우리의 마음에 두신 것이며, 하나님께서 우리안에 거하시며 당신의 복음을 위해 한국의 영혼들이 기다리기 때문입니다.
다양한 다문화 자녀들에게 필요한 학교를 국제학교를 세우는 것이 하나님의 뜻이라면 모든 것이 준비되어지길 소원합니다.
가난하고 소외된 자들을 위한 하나님의 사랑이 넘치길 소원합니다.
이것에 필요한 준비된 사람들 또한 보내 주실 줄 믿습니다.
북한 교회를 위해 준비하는 저희들이 되게 하시고,
사랑하는 아들에게도 가장 적절한 학교를 준비시켜 주실 줄 믿습니다.
하나님의 사랑으로 주님의 복음으로 교육시키는 아이들이 될 수 있도록 주님 기도합니다.
고맙습니다.
많은 조그만 다문화를 위한 단체들이 연합하여 귀한 학교를 세울 수 있도록 한다면 어떨까요?
한국어도 가르치고, 복음이 심어지고, 제자들이 길러지고, 하나님의 귀한 사람들로 자라나 하나님의 나라를 위해 고국에서 힘써 일할 자녀들이 길러 진다면 얼마나 좋을까요? 이것이 하나님께서 주신 꿈이라면 우리에게 소망과 힘을 주시길 소원합니다.

Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisidom and knowledge of God!
"For God has bound all men over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them all.
Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!
Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor?
Who has ever given to God, that God should repay him?
For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen."
(Rom 11:34-36)
하나님, 참으로 감사합니다.
우리의 고백이 주님의 약속인 줄 압니다.
기쁨으로 그 소명을 잘 감당할 수 있도록 도와 주시길 소망합니다.

Malachi
"I have loved you, " says the LORD. "but you ask, ' how have you loved us?' "was not Esau Jacob's brother?" the LoRD says. "Yet I have loved Jacob, Malachi1:2
Heavenly, Father
you love us. you have loved us all the time. we thank you God. you are generous and merciful.
but, we are arrogant, we foget your love and mercy, please, help us be humble and obey you and your words.
"a son honors his father, and a servant his master. if I am a father, where is the honor due me? If I am a master, where is the respect due me? says the LORD.. Malachi 1:6a
Heavenly Father, please, make us be clean and holy.
you are our father so that we want to honor you truely through our lives. please, help us honor you truely. you are our LORD, please, let us realize you are our master all the time, and allow us to follow your way and will through our lives in the power of the HOly Spirit.
"My covenant was with him, a covenant of life and peace, and I gave them to him; this called for reverence and he revered me and stood in awe of my name
True instruction was in his(Levi cf.2:4) mouth and nothing false was found on his lips. He walked with me in peace and uprightness, and turned many from sin.
For the lips of priest ought to preserve knowledg, and from his mouth men should seek instruction-because he is the messenger fo the LORD Almighty. (Malachi 2:5-7)
Heavenly Father, please make us Levi, a true priest.

Andrew and God
I met Andrew finally, but he didn't pick my stuff which I put on the bench.
He said I forgot it,
when I saw him, his clothe was changed, and I am not sure that he drunk alcohol.
He was trying to sell some cans, and
when I asked whether you were hungry or not, he said, I am hungry, can you loan 2 dollars, so I gave him 20 that I withdraw for him yesterday, but I did not have chance to give him.
I encouraged him not to have alcohol, cigarette, drug since you are the body of temple. He already knew that.
I prayed with him, and he went to restaurant to have some food.
right now, I don't know how to do for him since his mental is unstable and forgot many things. I want to provide him something he needs.
when I asked him to go shelter, but he said, I don't like the places since there are many strangers and rough people.
Heavenly, Father,

please, help him be strong and find the place to stay.

Nowadays, we are listening that God allows Hindu people and Muslim people to have some visions or dreams in order to listen the Gospel, and they received Christ Jesus as their Saviors.

God, the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit work through me. Andrew was comforted by the Holy Spirit through me.
I am not sure when I prayed this.
I thought just few days ago, I prayed that if really God is with me, please, show your work through me since I didn't have any experience about getting salvation for others through me.
But, nowadays, I am trying to evangelize people, but I hadn't been experienced the salvation through me. however, today, he showed me that God is working for salvation through me.
So far, I have met Huber and Frank, Abraham, and other several people, but they are almost Christians.
I think that God worked with me for encouraging and remind Huber of having faith. He got baptism and he said that he believes Jesus is Christ and his resurrection, but he is not attending the church. Someday, he is going to go there.
Frank, also, he got baptism, and believes that Christ is the Lord, and his resurrection and death for his sin. but, he is not attending the church. I really recommand him to go to the church.
Today, I met Andrew. When I headed toward Tony's house, some sound asked me to go opposite way. I confused the sound in me, whethere God's one or Satan's one. However, I tried to go Tony's house since I wanted to evangelize with him and that was our regular routine.
So, I just headed the way.
When I saw Andrew, he sit on bench at the Bus stop. I tried to talk and share gospel with him.
I introduced me to him while i was asking him whether you are wating bus or not. He said, no.
he said, just taking a rest, he is homeless.
I was asking continusely, but he did not hesitate to answer. I said, i don't know how to use bus. everything is new. and he explained how to use Bus and price. he said, it might be less than 2 dallors.
and I talked about whether. winter is coming so, is it difficult for you to stay on the street.
"I will get some clothes from my female friend. she lives with others,
I realized that there is no room for him. So, sometimes, he drops by her house to pick some clothes up according to what he said.
나는 얼마나 길에서 지냈냐고 물었을 때, 그는 6개월 정도 라고 하셨다. 가끔 쉘터에 가서 있다 오기도 한다고 하셨다. 아직은 밖에서 지낼 만 하다고, 마지막으로 쉘터에 간 것이 1주일 정도 되었다고 말씀하셨다.
비가 오면 어떻하냐고 하니, 학교 뒤나 빈집 야드에 가서 피한다고 하셨다. 빈집이 많다고 하셨다. 어떻게 빈집인지 아냐고 하면, 자기는 많이 돌아다녔기 때문에 다 안다고 하셨다. 또 다리 밑도 비를 피하기 좋은 곳이라고 하셨다.
자식이 있고, 손주도 있지만, 신세지기 싫다고 하셨다. 아직도 자기는 건강하기 때문이라고,
또 한달 후면 정부로부터 돈을 받을 수 있다고 하셨다. 그러면 방하나짜리에 들어갈 거라고.
잘 이해가 안되었지만, 소셜시큐리티에 가서 증을 받으면, 그렇게 될 거라고 하셨다.
허리를 다쳐 3년 전쯤 수술을 하셔서 그런 것과 연관이 있는 것처럼 말씀하셨는 데 구체적으로는 이해하지 못했다.
이런 저런 이야기를 이렇게 하다 나도 친구만나기 위해 가는 중이었다고 하고, 왜 가냐고 하길래, 전도하러 가기 때문에 만난다고 하였다.
고개를 끄덕이셨다.
나는 한국에서 왔고, 한국에 돌아갈려고 한다고 하였다. 왜 가냐고 해서 하나님께서 여기로 이끄셨고 이제는 하나님께서 부르시는 것 같다고
그러면서 하나님은 좋으신 분이라고 자신에게 잘해 주신다는 말을 하셨다.
난 왜 그렇게 이야기하는 지 알 수 없다고 했다. 당신은 머물데도 없어서 길에서 생활하는 데 어떻게 그런 말이 나오느냐고 하자
날마다 하나님이 생명을 주셔서 햇빛을 보게 하시니 감사하다고 한다.
살아 있는 것이 감사하다고 하나님이 날마다 새 삶을 허락하시니 너무 감사하다고
하며
오히려 나에게 설교하신다.
어떤 어려움속에서도 하나님은 날 사랑하시고,
지금도 날 사랑하신다고 이야기하는 데 가슴이 찡했다.
기도제목을 물으니
첫째는 오래 살았으면 하는 것
둘째는 가족이 복을 받았으면
셋째는 다른 사람들이 복을 받았으면 하는 것이란다.
이런 기도제목이 홈리스에게서 나올 수 있는가?
자신보다는 남의 복을 위해서 기도하고 싶다니........
14살때 세례받았다고 한다. 그때가 어제처럼 느껴진다고 했다.
주님을 믿고 , 부활과 모든 것을 믿는다고 하셨다.
그 때 내가 그럼 지금 죽으면 어떻게 되겠냐고 하니
천국에 갔으면 좋겠다고 한다.
여기서 확신이 없으셨다. ................
여기서부터 다시 복음을 전하기 시작했다.
구원은 우리의 선을 통해 이루어 지는 것이 아니라 하나님의 선물이라는 것을 이야기 하면서
롬10:9-10
요 1:12
행 3:19
읽으셨다.
로마서 10장9-10절을 읽으신 후 우셨던 것 같다.
내가 꼭 들어야 할 이야기를 들을 수 있도록 하나님이 날 자기에게 보낸 것 같다고 말씀하셨다.
얼마나 놀라운 하나님의 섭리인지
난 처음 이런 것을 직접 경험하였다.
하나님께서 정말 날 사용하신 것이다. 아무것도 아닌 나를 ..
Andrew는 이런 이야기를 해 줘서 고맙다고 말했다. 나 같은 아시아인과 처음 이야기 하는 것이라고 하였다. 보기는 봤어도 대화는 처음이라고 하였다.
하나님이 나에게 보내준 것 같다고 하였다.
얼마나 힘들게 지내고 있었을 까... 그러면서도 감사하며 하나님의 인도하심을 바라고 있었던 모양이다. 그래서 하나님께서 Andrew에게 힘을 주시기에 위해 나를 보내신 것이 아닌가 하는 생각이 든다. 나의 기도에 대한 응답이 아니라 Andrew의 기도 응답이라는 생각이 든다.
계속해서 혹시 몰라서 구원은 하나님의 선물이며 진정으로 믿으면 우린 영원한 생명을 얻었다는 것을 이야기 하였다. 또 같이 기도문을 읽었다.
Dear Jesus, I want to follow you. I turn from my sin and place my trust in You alone and ask for Your forgiveness. Right now, I receive Your gift of eternal life and confess You as Lord. Thank you for loving me and dying for me. Thank You for giving me new life. In Jesus' name, Amen.
"Jesus said: "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life"(John 6:47)
"Happily ever after" is at the end of many stories. Most of them are fairy tales. But the story that Jesus has begun writing with your life is true. Through Jesus, you can weather any storm of life and endure any trial. And you will thrive in God's love... both here and hereafter. Truly, with Jesus you have a new beginning!
이것을 모두 읽은 후 연신 그는 떨어지는 눈물을 참고 있었다. 또한 나도 눈물을 흘릴 수 밖에 없었다.
자신의 잘못과 자신이 부족함에도 불구하고 하나님의 선물에 감사한 모양이었다.
하나님이 자신에게 나를 보내주셨고, 내게 꼭 필요한 이야기를 해주었다고 고마워했다.
하나님이 하신 것이지 내가 아니라고 이야기했고,
이제 앤드레는 영원한 생명을 얻었으니 하나님께서 첫번째 기도응답을 바로 해 주셨다고 이야기했다. 오래 살고 싶은 마음의 소원을 영원히 살 수 있는 선물을 주셨으니 말이다.
나도 잘 모르겠지만,
감사의 고백과
기도제목을 나눌 때 그는 벌써 나에게는 천사였고,
하나님이 나에게 말씀하시는 것 같았다.
나를 감동시켰다.
홈리스였음에도 불구하고 진실한 감사가 그 마음에 있었고,
다른 사람을 향한 따뜻한 사랑의 마음이 있었다.
나보다 난 사람이었다.
자신의 삶이 미안해서 그저 하나님께 천국에 갈수 있으면 하는 미안한 마음으로 하나님께 구하고 있었는데 하나님의 말씀이 그에게 은혜로 다가가 감사했던 앤드레였다.
하나님의 자녀로서 어쨌든 살 수 있도록 도와 주고 싶었는데
교회에 내일 같이 가자고 했더니
자신의 행색을 걱정하면서도
기꺼이 내일 오겠다고 했다.
10시에 다시 벤치에서 만나자고 했다.
9시 45분쯤에 온다고 했다.
당장 현금이 없었기에 어떤 것도 내가 줄 수 있는 것이 없었다.
은행에 가서 돈을 찾아 주고 싶었는데
찾아 온 사이에 그는 벌써 사라지고 말았고,
나는 열심히 그가 갔던 방향으로 몇 마일 달려 가봤지만
보지 못하고 집으로 돌아왔다.
주님, 내일 아침에 앤드레를 다시 만날 수 있도록 도와 주시고,
함께 교회에 가서 예배드리고
앤드레가 새 삶을 시작할 수 있도록 도움의 손길을 주시옵소서.
교회 식구들이 환영하고 위로하고 격려할 수 있도록 도와 주소서.
무엇보다 지낼 때가 없습니다.
처소를 예비하여 주시옵소서.
그가 하나님을 의지하게 하시고,
추운 날씨가 오기 전 하나님 귀한 처소를 예비하여 주시길 간절히 기도합니다.
하나님,
성미의 마음을 움직여 주시기 바랍니다.
하나님,
당신의 자녀로 자녀 답게 살게 하여 주시옵소서.

I realized that there is no room for him. So, sometimes, he drops by her house to pick some clothes up according to what he said.
나는 얼마나 길에서 지냈냐고 물었을 때, 그는 6개월 정도 라고 하셨다. 가끔 쉘터에 가서 있다 오기도 한다고 하셨다. 아직은 밖에서 지낼 만 하다고, 마지막으로 쉘터에 간 것이 1주일 정도 되었다고 말씀하셨다.
비가 오면 어떻하냐고 하니, 학교 뒤나 빈집 야드에 가서 피한다고 하셨다. 빈집이 많다고 하셨다. 어떻게 빈집인지 아냐고 하면, 자기는 많이 돌아다녔기 때문에 다 안다고 하셨다. 또 다리 밑도 비를 피하기 좋은 곳이라고 하셨다.
자식이 있고, 손주도 있지만, 신세지기 싫다고 하셨다. 아직도 자기는 건강하기 때문이라고,
또 한달 후면 정부로부터 돈을 받을 수 있다고 하셨다. 그러면 방하나짜리에 들어갈 거라고.
잘 이해가 안되었지만, 소셜시큐리티에 가서 증을 받으면, 그렇게 될 거라고 하셨다.
허리를 다쳐 3년 전쯤 수술을 하셔서 그런 것과 연관이 있는 것처럼 말씀하셨는 데 구체적으로는 이해하지 못했다.
이런 저런 이야기를 이렇게 하다 나도 친구만나기 위해 가는 중이었다고 하고, 왜 가냐고 하길래, 전도하러 가기 때문에 만난다고 하였다.
고개를 끄덕이셨다.
나는 한국에서 왔고, 한국에 돌아갈려고 한다고 하였다. 왜 가냐고 해서 하나님께서 여기로 이끄셨고 이제는 하나님께서 부르시는 것 같다고
그러면서 하나님은 좋으신 분이라고 자신에게 잘해 주신다는 말을 하셨다.
난 왜 그렇게 이야기하는 지 알 수 없다고 했다. 당신은 머물데도 없어서 길에서 생활하는 데 어떻게 그런 말이 나오느냐고 하자
날마다 하나님이 생명을 주셔서 햇빛을 보게 하시니 감사하다고 한다.
살아 있는 것이 감사하다고 하나님이 날마다 새 삶을 허락하시니 너무 감사하다고
하며
오히려 나에게 설교하신다.
어떤 어려움속에서도 하나님은 날 사랑하시고,
지금도 날 사랑하신다고 이야기하는 데 가슴이 찡했다.
기도제목을 물으니
첫째는 오래 살았으면 하는 것
둘째는 가족이 복을 받았으면
셋째는 다른 사람들이 복을 받았으면 하는 것이란다.
이런 기도제목이 홈리스에게서 나올 수 있는가?
자신보다는 남의 복을 위해서 기도하고 싶다니........
14살때 세례받았다고 한다. 그때가 어제처럼 느껴진다고 했다.
주님을 믿고 , 부활과 모든 것을 믿는다고 하셨다.
그 때 내가 그럼 지금 죽으면 어떻게 되겠냐고 하니
천국에 갔으면 좋겠다고 한다.
여기서 확신이 없으셨다. ................
여기서부터 다시 복음을 전하기 시작했다.
구원은 우리의 선을 통해 이루어 지는 것이 아니라 하나님의 선물이라는 것을 이야기 하면서
롬10:9-10
요 1:12
행 3:19
읽으셨다.
로마서 10장9-10절을 읽으신 후 우셨던 것 같다.
내가 꼭 들어야 할 이야기를 들을 수 있도록 하나님이 날 자기에게 보낸 것 같다고 말씀하셨다.
얼마나 놀라운 하나님의 섭리인지
난 처음 이런 것을 직접 경험하였다.
하나님께서 정말 날 사용하신 것이다. 아무것도 아닌 나를 ..
Andrew는 이런 이야기를 해 줘서 고맙다고 말했다. 나 같은 아시아인과 처음 이야기 하는 것이라고 하였다. 보기는 봤어도 대화는 처음이라고 하였다.
하나님이 나에게 보내준 것 같다고 하였다.
얼마나 힘들게 지내고 있었을 까... 그러면서도 감사하며 하나님의 인도하심을 바라고 있었던 모양이다. 그래서 하나님께서 Andrew에게 힘을 주시기에 위해 나를 보내신 것이 아닌가 하는 생각이 든다. 나의 기도에 대한 응답이 아니라 Andrew의 기도 응답이라는 생각이 든다.
계속해서 혹시 몰라서 구원은 하나님의 선물이며 진정으로 믿으면 우린 영원한 생명을 얻었다는 것을 이야기 하였다. 또 같이 기도문을 읽었다.
Dear Jesus, I want to follow you. I turn from my sin and place my trust in You alone and ask for Your forgiveness. Right now, I receive Your gift of eternal life and confess You as Lord. Thank you for loving me and dying for me. Thank You for giving me new life. In Jesus' name, Amen.
"Jesus said: "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life"(John 6:47)
"Happily ever after" is at the end of many stories. Most of them are fairy tales. But the story that Jesus has begun writing with your life is true. Through Jesus, you can weather any storm of life and endure any trial. And you will thrive in God's love... both here and hereafter. Truly, with Jesus you have a new beginning!
이것을 모두 읽은 후 연신 그는 떨어지는 눈물을 참고 있었다. 또한 나도 눈물을 흘릴 수 밖에 없었다.
자신의 잘못과 자신이 부족함에도 불구하고 하나님의 선물에 감사한 모양이었다.
하나님이 자신에게 나를 보내주셨고, 내게 꼭 필요한 이야기를 해주었다고 고마워했다.
하나님이 하신 것이지 내가 아니라고 이야기했고,
이제 앤드레는 영원한 생명을 얻었으니 하나님께서 첫번째 기도응답을 바로 해 주셨다고 이야기했다. 오래 살고 싶은 마음의 소원을 영원히 살 수 있는 선물을 주셨으니 말이다.
나도 잘 모르겠지만,
감사의 고백과
기도제목을 나눌 때 그는 벌써 나에게는 천사였고,
하나님이 나에게 말씀하시는 것 같았다.
나를 감동시켰다.
홈리스였음에도 불구하고 진실한 감사가 그 마음에 있었고,
다른 사람을 향한 따뜻한 사랑의 마음이 있었다.
나보다 난 사람이었다.
자신의 삶이 미안해서 그저 하나님께 천국에 갈수 있으면 하는 미안한 마음으로 하나님께 구하고 있었는데 하나님의 말씀이 그에게 은혜로 다가가 감사했던 앤드레였다.
하나님의 자녀로서 어쨌든 살 수 있도록 도와 주고 싶었는데
교회에 내일 같이 가자고 했더니
자신의 행색을 걱정하면서도
기꺼이 내일 오겠다고 했다.
10시에 다시 벤치에서 만나자고 했다.
9시 45분쯤에 온다고 했다.
당장 현금이 없었기에 어떤 것도 내가 줄 수 있는 것이 없었다.
은행에 가서 돈을 찾아 주고 싶었는데
찾아 온 사이에 그는 벌써 사라지고 말았고,
나는 열심히 그가 갔던 방향으로 몇 마일 달려 가봤지만
보지 못하고 집으로 돌아왔다.
주님, 내일 아침에 앤드레를 다시 만날 수 있도록 도와 주시고,
함께 교회에 가서 예배드리고
앤드레가 새 삶을 시작할 수 있도록 도움의 손길을 주시옵소서.
교회 식구들이 환영하고 위로하고 격려할 수 있도록 도와 주소서.
무엇보다 지낼 때가 없습니다.
처소를 예비하여 주시옵소서.
그가 하나님을 의지하게 하시고,
추운 날씨가 오기 전 하나님 귀한 처소를 예비하여 주시길 간절히 기도합니다.
하나님,
성미의 마음을 움직여 주시기 바랍니다.
하나님,
당신의 자녀로 자녀 답게 살게 하여 주시옵소서.

Rejoice 2
"Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights. For the director of music. On my stringed instruments." (Habakkuk 3:17-9).
I will be joyful in God my Savior.
I will rejoice in the LORD
Heavenly Father,
I will rejoice in you
I will rejoice in your Son
I will rejoice in the Holy Spirit.
I just trust in Jesus Christ, I am your son, Jesus Christ's brother that is your gift.
I cannot deserve the status, but you considered this sinner as your child by putting the Son of Man on the cross for my sin in order to make me pure and holy from your perspective.
Thank you God. You are my strength.

"She obeys no one, she accepts no correction. She does not trust in the LORD, she does not draw near to her God" (Zephaniah 3:2).
please, mak our family obey, accept you and your correction, so that we become close more more to you. you have only God.
I praise that "The LORD within her is righteous; he does no wrong. Morning by morning he dispense his justice, and every new day he does not fail" (Zepahniah 3:5).
You are saying, "Surely you will fear me and accept correction! Then her dwelling would not be cut off, nor all my punishments come upon her. But they were still eager to act corruptly in all they did." (Zephaniah 3:7). Heavenly Father, help my family fear you and accept your correction all the time. please, give us the wisdom to discern your will and your glory.

make us this ; "Then will I purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder (Zephaniah 3:9).

"The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will queit you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing" (Zephaniah 3:17).

"those who turn back from following the LORD and neither seek the LORD nor inquire of him"(Zephaniah 1:6)
Be silent before the Sovereign LORD, for the day of the LORD is near. (Zephaniah 1:7a)
Heavenly, Father
I want to be humble before you and your people, please, help me be humble and rely on you and your words. please, put the heart of purity and holy mind before you on my heart and mind, which cause me to stand on Truth with mercy and faithfulness.
I repent not to follow you and to seek your will and your kingdom.
I would like to follow you and obey what you are saying in our lives. Heavenly Father, please, help me discern your will and your way and your commands in the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
"On that day I will punish all who avoid stepping on the threshold, who fill the temple of their gods with violence and deceit. (Zephaniah 1:9).
Heavenly Father, you destroy and judge idols with violence and deceit which is not from you. please, the Lord, help me not involve violent words, mind, thought, relationship and deceitful heart and actions. You hate them, so I do not want to follow violent and deceitful life. I need your help to discern your will in every situations. please, give your wisdom to know your truth and will in the power of the Holy Spirit.
"Seek the LORD, all you humble of the land, you who do what he commands. Seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you will be sheltered on the day of the LORD's anger (Zephaniah 2:3).

Rejoice!
"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things.
whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me-put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you"

what does the LORD require of you?
"He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
Listen! The LORD is calling to the cirty- and to fear your name is wisdom-"Heed the rod and the ONe who appoined it." (Micah 6:8,9)
"Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light 7:8b
"He will bring me out into the light; I will see his righteousness 7:9
"You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy. You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.
You will be true to Jacob, and show mercy to Abraham, as you pledged on oath to our fathers in days long ago" (Micah 7:18b-20)
하나님 참으로 감사합니다.
당신의 사랑과 인애와 자비가운데 있게 하신 하나님,
당신께서 저의 아버지 되심에 무한히 감사드립니다.

제목: 우린 아무것도 아닙니다
저는 지금은 조금 나아졌지만 매우 내성적인 성격이었습니다. 지금도 그 바탕은 바뀌지 않은 것 같습니다. 어려서는 내성적인 성격이 제법 심한 편이었습니다.
그리고 열등의식도 제법 많아서 남 앞에서 나선다는 일이 두렵기도하고 싫기도 하였었습니다.
그래도 교회가 좋아 교회를 열심히 다녔습니다. 그렇게 열심히 다니다보니 어쩌다 고등부 회장이 되었습니다. 회장은 제 적성에 맞지 않았습니다. 남 앞에 나서야만 하는 역할이었기 때문이었습니다.
특히 회장으로서 월례회와 같은 회의를 진행해야 한다는 것이 싫고 힘들고 두려웠습니다. 보통 고민이 되는 것이 아니었습니다. 그래서 월례회 일주일을 앞두고는 새벽기도회에 가서 기도하기 시작했습니다. 정말 간절하고 애타는 마음으로 기도했습니다.
기도하고는 늘 가지고 다니는 수첩에 월례회 예상문제(?)를 기록하기 시작했습니다. 정해져 있는 안건을 상정했을 때 누가 어떤 발언을 할건가를 생각나는대로 적었습니다. 누가 어떤 발언을 하면 거기에 대하여 또 누가 어떤 발언을 할건가도 생각하며 적었습니다.
그리고 그런 발언이 나올 때 나는 어떤 생각을 하고 있어야하며 어떤 방향으로 회의를 이끌어야 할 것인가를 고민했습니다. 노트가 새카맣게 될 때까지 생각하고 고민하고 기도했습니다.
회의만 그렇게 한 것이 아니라 모든 일을 다 그런 식으로 했습니다. 모든 회의나 행사는 다 기도하며 푼 예상문제 안에서 나왔습니다. 당연히 모든 일이 다 잘 될 수 밖에 없었습니다.
제가 오늘 이만큼(저로서는 꿈도 꾸어 본적이 없는) 성공(?)하게 된 가장 중요한 이유가 있다면 그것은 저의 '매사에 자신 없음'과 '두렵고 떨림' 때문이었다고 이야기 할 수 있었습니다.
일을 그렇게 하니 정말 매사가 다 잘 되었습니다. 그것이 반복이 되니 그것이 제 실력이 되었습니다. 그러나 문제가 생겼습니다. 경험이 쌓이고 실력이 쌓이게 되니 점점 매사에 두렵고 떨리는 마음이 없어지고 오히려 자신감이 생겼습니다.
자신감이 생기니 기도가 줄어들기 시작했습니다. 기도를 하기는 해도 그전처럼 애가 타고 간절해지지 않게 되었습니다. 이상하게도, 아니 당연하게도 일이 전만 못해지기 시작했습니다.
큰 아이가 결혼을 앞두고 있었을 때 제가 아이에게 편지 하나를 보낸 적이 있었습니다.
오늘과 같은 이야기였습니다. 자신감이 없을 때 일이 잘되고, 자신감이 넘치게 될 때 오히려 일이 잘 되어지지 않더라는 이야기를 하면서 사랑에 자신 갖지 말라는 조언을 해 주었습니다.
결혼을 앞둔 예비 신랑과 신부는 너무 사랑에 빠져 있기 때문에 사랑을 쉽게 생각하는 경향이 있습니다. 우리 아들 며느리도 예외는 아닐 것이라고 생각하였습니다. 그래서 사랑에 자신을 갖지 말라는 조언을 해 주었습니다. 평생 사랑에 대하여 두렵고 떨리는 마음을 가지라고 이야기 해 주었습니다. 그래서 사랑과 행복을 위하여 늘 하나님께 기도하며 살라고 일러 주었습니다.
하나님의 은혜로 하는 일들이 거의 다 잘 되었습니다. 목회도 그렇고 교회에서 하는 일과 사역도 그랬습니다. 그랬더니 일이 잘 풀리게 되었습니다.
영락교회 부목사, 우리나이로 34살에 맡게 된 승동교회 담임목사, 다시 영락교회 협동목사를 거쳐 드디어 41살에 동안교회 담임목사가 되었습니다. 죽고 싶으리만큼 힘들기도 했지만 동안교회에서의 목회도 저로서는 큰 성공이었습니다.
동안교회를 거쳐 2001년 높은 뜻 숭의교회를 시작하면서 제 인생과 목회는 절정에 다다랐다고 할 수 있습니다. 계획하고 실행하는 일마다 거의 성공하였습니다. 물론 자잘한 실패도 많이 있었습니다. 그러나 전체적으로 볼 때 그랬습니다.
무모하다고 하리만큼 성공 가능성이 적어 보였던 보이지 않는 성전건축이 성공적이었습니다. 성공확률 제로인 줄 알면서도 도전한 탈북자들의 자립을 위하여 세웠던 공장들이 어려움이 없었던 것도 아니고 지금 없는 것도 아니지만 성공하였습니다. 기적과 같은 성공이었다고 할 수 있습니다.
교회를 넷으로 분립 한 것도 그렇고 아프리카 말라위에서 벌이고 있는 사역도 신화가 씌여지는 것과 같은 성공을 지금까지는 하고 있는 것이 사실입니다.
높은 뜻 교회와 특히 저는 성공의 브랜드가 되기 시작했습니다. 점점 일이 쉬어졌습니다. 이런 상황에서 높은 뜻 씨앗스쿨 건립이라는 일이 시작되었고, 학교 건축과 운영을 위하여 높은 뜻 씨앗이 되어 교회를 개척하였습니다.
높은 뜻 씨앗이 되어 교회도 성공적이었습니다. 저는 정말 그렇게 생각합니다. 그리고 드디어 높은 뜻 씨앗스쿨 건축을 시작하게 되었고 모든 일은 생각한대로 되었습니다. 순풍에 돛단듯 했습니다.
저도 모르는 사이에 높은 뜻 씨앗스쿨은 당연히 세상에서 제일 좋은 기독교 학교가 될꺼라는 생각을 갖게 되었습니다. 거의 한번도 학교에 대한 우려나 걱정을 하지 못하게 되었습니다.
앞에 말씀드린대로 일이 너무 순적하게 잘 진행되었습니다. 개척된지 이제 2년 조금 넘은 씨앗이 되어 교회 교인들이 도망도 가지 않으시고 쉽지 않은 헌금을 해 주셨습니다. 정말 작정하는 날 제가 한 번 설교만 했을 뿐 건축헌금에 대한 광고도 잘 하지 않는데, 그리고 누가 얼마를 작정했는지 저도 모르고 목회자들도 모르는 상황인데도 교인들이 잘 헌금을 해주셔서 물론 돈이 남아 돌아가는 것은 아니지만, 그래서 큰 무리 없이 공사를 할 수 있게 되었습니다.
높은 뜻 형제 교회들의 협조도 저를 감동시킬만한 것이었습니다. 그리고 학교 책임을 맡기기 위하여 미리 선발한 교사들도 얼마나 열심히 잘 하는지 조금도 걱정이 되지 않았습니다.
어제 드디어 학부모를 대상으로 하는 높은 뜻 씨앗스쿨 입학설명회가 있었습니다.
입학설명회가 한 달도 채 남지 않았을 때 갑자기 엉뚱한 생각이 들었습니다. 과연 우리 학교에 학부모들이 자기 자녀들을 우리 학교에 보내려고 할까? 정원을 채워질 수 있을까? 좋은 교사들은 과연 우리 학교에 지원하려고 할까? 우리 학교는 정말 우리가 생각하고 말하고 다닌 것과 같은 정말 좋은 기독교학교가 될 수 있을까?
그런 생각이 들면서 처음으로 그게 결코 쉬운 일이 아니며 자신만만해 할 일이 아니라는 생각이 들었습니다.
처음으로 두렵고 떨리는 마음이 들었습니다. 그래서 하나님께 기도했습니다. 두렵고 떨리는 마음으로 하나님께 매달렸습니다. 기도가 '하나님 도와 주세요'가 아니라 저도 모르는 사이에 '하나님 살려 주세요'라고 나왔습니다.
예정한 시간이 다가 올 수록 조마조마했습니다. 교회 사무실에 앉아 창문 커튼도 열어보지 못했습니다. 태연한 척 했지만 하나님 소리가 절로 나왔습니다.
결론을 말씀드리면 어제 학부모 입학설명회는 성공적이었습니다. 우리 예배실이 거의 꽉 찼습니다. 천안에 사시는 분들 뿐 아니라 서울을 비롯하여 다른 지역에 사시는 분들도 계셨는데 우리 학교에 자기 아이들을 보내시려고 이사도 불사하시는 분들이셨습니다.
얼마나 감사했는지 모릅니다.그런데 갑자기 엉뚱한 생각이 들었습니다.
그것은 이번일이 제가 정말 다급한 마음으로 '하나님 살려 주세요'라고 기도해서 그렇게 된 걸까 하는 생각이었습니다.
제가 기도하지 않았으면 텅텅 비는 거였는데 제가 다급한 마음으로 뒤늦게라도 두렵고 떨리는 마음으로 기도했기 때문에 기적적으로 그렇게 된 걸까요?
혹시 제가 기도하지 않았어도 오늘 예배실은 꽉 차지 않았을까요?
저는 그럴 수도 있었다고 생각합니다. 그런데 그 생각을 하니 소름이 끼칩니다. 그렇게 되었더라면 저는 아주 기고만장해서 모든 일이 다 내가 잘나서 그렇게 되는 것이라고 생각했을 터이니까 말입니다.
하마트면 하나님 없이도 얼마든지 내 힘으로, 내 명성으로, 집을 세우고 성을 지킬 수 있다고 단단히 착각하게 될 뻔 했습니다.
이스라엘 백성들이 가나안을 정복하려고 하였을 때 첫번째로 정복해야 할 성 중의 하나가 여리고 성이었습니다. 여리고 성은 이스라엘의 힘과 능력으로서는 정복이 불가능한 난공불락의 성이었습니다.
그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 포기하지 않고 기도했습니다. 하나님이 시키시는대로 매일 성을 돌며 기도했습니다. 마지막 날에는 7번을 돌며 기도했습니다. 기적과 같이 여리고성은 무너졌고 이스라엘 백성들은 여리고성을 정복할 수 있었습니다.
그런데 이스라엘은 그 다음 전투인 아이성과의 전투에서 비참하게 패배합니다. 두 가지 이유가 있다고 할 수 있습니다. 하나는 하나님의 명령을 어긴 것이고(아간이 취하지 말라 하나님이 말씀하신 전리품을 훔친 것)이고 또 하나는 여리고 성의 승리로 인한 자만이었습니다.
자만은 치명적인 영적 미숙입니다.
미숙한 어린 아이들의 특징은 모른다는 것을 모르고 못한다는 것을 모르는 것입니다.
아톰, 마징거 제트, 슈퍼맨과 같은 영화가 나오면 그 다음날 골목에는 목에 보자기를 묶고 돌아 다니는 아니 날아 다니는 놈들이 생깁니다.
'나는 아톰이다.'
'나는 슈퍼맨이다.'
아이들이 그러면 위험합니다. 높은 아파트에 사시는 분들은 배란다 문을 잠가야 합니다. 여러분이 생각하시는 것보다 위험하기 때문입니다.
우리 교회 청년 조카 아니가 세 살 때 슈퍼맨을 보고 목에 보자기를 묶고 삼층 아프트에서 날았습니다. 다행히 화단 나무에 걸려 살았습니다. 하나도 다치지 않았습니다. 감사하게도.
그런데 너무 놀래서 그만 기절했습니다. 기절에서 깨면서 이 아이가 한 말이 웃깁니다.
'어? 왜 난 안 날지? ....'
나폴레옹이 아주 유명한 이야기를 하였습니다. '내 사전에 불가능이란 없다.' 저는 이 말을 '나는 아톰이다.'라는 말로 듣습니다.
나폴레옹이 살던 궁정을 가보았었습니다. 방마다 나폴레옹의 유화가 잔뜩 그려져 있었습니다. 그 때 자세히 보니 그 어른 목에 보자기를 묶고 있었습니다.
나폴레옹의 패망 원인은 자만이었습니다. 승리였습니다. 성공이었습니다. 승리가 반복되고 성공이 반복되자 하나님이 필요없는 사람이 되어 버리고 말았습니다. 자기가 스스로 자신의 하나님이 되어 버렸습니다.
하루 밥 세끼를 먹는다는 것이 힘들고 어려운 때가 있었습니다. 그런데 경제가 발전하면서 밥 세끼를 먹는 일이 그다지 어렵지 않은 세상이 되었습니다.
어느 날 저도 모르는 사이에 제가 이렇게 이야기하고 있는 것을 발견하였습니다.
'어디 가서 밥 세끼 못먹을까?'
동안교회 목회가 너무 힘들어서 동안교회 사표를 내려고 했을 때였습니다. 그 생각을 하다가 너무 스스로에게 놀랐습니다. 그리고 깨달았습니다. 나에게는 밥 세끼를 먹을 수 있는 능력이 없다는 것을 깨달았습니다.
그때 떠 올랐던 말씀이 바로 오늘 본문의 말씀입니다.
<여호와께서 집을 세우지 아니하시면 세우는 자의 수고가 헛되며,여호와께서 성을 지키지 아니하시면 파숫군의 경성함이 허사로다.> 아멘.

높은 뜻 씨앗스쿨 두렵고 떨리는 마음으로 기도하면서 건축하고 운영할겁니다. 여러분들도 그런 마음으로 기도해 주시기 바랍니다. 하나님께 매달리는 기도로 우리 교회에 맡겨주신 사명을 잘 감당해 나가는 저와 여러분들이 다 되실 수 있기를 주의 이름으로 축원합니다. 아멘.

그리고 열등의식도 제법 많아서 남 앞에서 나선다는 일이 두렵기도하고 싫기도 하였었습니다.
그래도 교회가 좋아 교회를 열심히 다녔습니다. 그렇게 열심히 다니다보니 어쩌다 고등부 회장이 되었습니다. 회장은 제 적성에 맞지 않았습니다. 남 앞에 나서야만 하는 역할이었기 때문이었습니다.
특히 회장으로서 월례회와 같은 회의를 진행해야 한다는 것이 싫고 힘들고 두려웠습니다. 보통 고민이 되는 것이 아니었습니다. 그래서 월례회 일주일을 앞두고는 새벽기도회에 가서 기도하기 시작했습니다. 정말 간절하고 애타는 마음으로 기도했습니다.
기도하고는 늘 가지고 다니는 수첩에 월례회 예상문제(?)를 기록하기 시작했습니다. 정해져 있는 안건을 상정했을 때 누가 어떤 발언을 할건가를 생각나는대로 적었습니다. 누가 어떤 발언을 하면 거기에 대하여 또 누가 어떤 발언을 할건가도 생각하며 적었습니다.
그리고 그런 발언이 나올 때 나는 어떤 생각을 하고 있어야하며 어떤 방향으로 회의를 이끌어야 할 것인가를 고민했습니다. 노트가 새카맣게 될 때까지 생각하고 고민하고 기도했습니다.

동안교회 목회가 너무 힘들어서 동안교회 사표를 내려고 했을 때였습니다. 그 생각을 하다가 너무 스스로에게 놀랐습니다. 그리고 깨달았습니다. 나에게는 밥 세끼를 먹을 수 있는 능력이 없다는 것을 깨달았습니다.
그때 떠 올랐던 말씀이 바로 오늘 본문의 말씀입니다.
<여호와께서 집을 세우지 아니하시면 세우는 자의 수고가 헛되며,여호와께서 성을 지키지 아니하시면 파숫군의 경성함이 허사로다.> 아멘.
말씀을 마치려고 합니다.

please, God the LORD makes us the truely righteous family
"The truely righteous man attains life, but he who pursues evil goes to his death.

"The desire of the righteous ends only in good, but the hope of the wicked only in wrath
One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty
A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.(11:23-4).

God is my refuge and He is good all the time
"The LORD is slow to anger and great in power (Nahum 1:3) He rebukes the sea and dries it up; he makes all the rivers run dry (v.4)
Heavenly Father,
You are patient and merciful, so you are slow to anger even though you are Creator and mighty.
please, make me and my family humble before you and your sovereignty.
Thank you God for giving us your mercy and love that we do not deserve.
please, give us strong faith on you and obey your commandments since we confess we love you and you are our savior and lord.
"if you love me, you will obey what I command (John 14:15)
"whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him (v.21)
"He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me (v.24)
Heavenly Father,
we love you, so please encourage us to obey what you command that love you with all our heart and mind and strength and love others.

True Wisdom
미가서 5장 2-5절은 예수 그리스도의 예언을 분명히 보여줍니다.
주님 태어나시기 전 약 700여 년 전에 하나님은 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. 우리의 구세주를 보내 주시기겠다고, 그리고 그 약속의 말씀을 성취하셨습니다. 하나님 놀라운 하나님의 은혜와 섭리가운데 우리는 주님을 우리의 구원자로 받은 것입니다.
하나님 참 감사합니다.
주님의 사랑과 은혜와 그 진실하심이 얼마나 깊고 오래되었고, 우리가 상상할 수 없는 지혜속에 있는지 발견합니다.
하나님 당신의 지혜를 그리스도를 통해서 보이셨습니다.
그리스도 조차 분명히 "그가 여호와의 능력과 그의 하나님 여호와의 이름의 위엄을 의지하고"(5:4)
하나님의 아들이신 분 조차 여호와의 능력과 그 이름의 위엄을 의지하지, 그 자신의 능력과 권세를 의지 않는다고 하셨습니다.
하나님의 질서안에서 순종하시는 모습을 발견합니다.
당신의 뜻 만을 위해 존재하시는 주님의 모습입니다.
그것이 그리스도의 지혜임을 고백합니다. 하나님의 능력과 그 이름의 위엄만 의지하는 것, 그렇게 복종하고 순종하는 것이 지혜입니다. 그래서 그분은 평강이 되십니다.(5:5)
하나님 순종하게 하시고, 오직 주하나님, 주 그리스도의 능력과 이름에 의지하는 지혜로운 자가 되게 하소서.

하나님,

Not pride, but power, justice and might in the Spirit of the LORD
교만은 늘 하나님과 떠난 영적 상태를 보여줍니다.
하나님이 싫어 하시는 악을 행할 때면 늘 그 자리가 교만의 자리에 서 있다는 것을 보여 주는 것 같습니다. (미 2:1-3)
교만이 있는 곳에는 쉼이 없으며, 하나님은 일어나 떠나라고 하십니다. 교만으로 인해 모든 것이 하나님의 의도와는 다르게 뒤틀려져 아픔과 상처와 고통이 흐르며, 결국 하나님의 심판이 곧 도래 하기 때문입니다. (2:10)
그러나 돌이켜 보면 떠날 때와 머무를 때를 구별하는 것은 쉽지 않은 것 같습니다.
때로는 떠난다는 것이 비겁하고 용기 없어 보이는 것 같아 주저하고,
때로는 그것이 무엇인가 할 수 있는 희망을 버리고 낙담하여 떠나는 것 같아 하나님의 뜻이 아닌 것 같기도 합니다.
그곳에서 함께 죽을 때까지 믿음을 지키며 선지자 노릇을 해야 하는 것이 옳은 것 처럼 생각되어지기도 합니다.
그러나 하나님은 오늘 말씀에서 쉼이 없는 곳에서 떠나라 하십니다. 오직 죄악만 넘치는 곳이 되었기 때문입니다. 하나님을 경외하는 모습은 없고, 모든 생각이 교만한 마음으로 넘치는 곳이 되었기 때문입니다. 소돔과 고모라에서도 결국 롯의 가족을 떠나게 하셨습니다.
주님, 이러한 영적 분별력을 주시기 바랍니다.
"Get up, go away! For this is not your resting place, because it is defiled, it is ruined, beyond all remedy. (Micah 2:10).
우리가 쉼이 없는 곳을 떠나 새로운 길, 어느 것도 알수 없는 길을 갈 때, 하나님의 약속의 백성들에게는 하나님의 변함없는 보호와 은혜의 약속이 있습니다. 하나님이 선두로 가신다고 약속하셨습니다. (미 2:13)
하나님께서 우리의 새로운 길을 예비하시고 계십니다.
그 분은 우리의 길을 벌써 맨 앞에서 만들고 열고 계십니다.
얼마나 놀라운 일이며 생명을 주시는 분입니까?
얼마나 그 분의 자비는 놀라운 것입니까?

Heavenly Father, thank you for your mercy and unfailing love.
please, lead us to obey everything that you have commands with willingness heart and joyful heart humbly.
please, make us not doubt who you are.
"But as for e, I am filled with power, with the Spirit of the LORD, and with justice and might, todeclare to Jacob his transgression, to Israel his son (Micah 3:8).

please, fill me and my family with your Spirit by which we will have justice and divine power to do right thing for your kingdom and your glory.
please, make our family devote to your words and your will.
please, give us your wisdom to live according to your words.
please, give us your future and the heart of obedience for your kingdom.

God is asking us to run away from Him like Jonah
"Go to the great city of Nineveh and preach against it... (1:1)
"But Jonah ran away from the LORD and headed for Tarshis.... (3a)
"Then the LORD sent a great wind....4
"I am a Hebrew and I worship the LORD, the God of heaven, who made the sea and the land...9
"I know that it is my fault that this great storm has come upon you... 12
"In my distress I called to the LORD, and he answered me. From the depths of the grave I called for help, and you listened to my cry 2:2
"I said, 'I have been banished from your sight; yet I will look again toward your holy temple' 4
"But you brought my life up from the pit, O LORD my God 6
"But I, with a song of thanksgiving, will sacrifice to you. What I have vowed I will make good. Salvation comes from the LORD." 9
"But Nineveh has more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell thier right hand from their left, and many cattle as well. Should I not be concerned about that great city?"
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for this time to meditate you and your will in the Holy Spirit.
please, let me pray in right ways.

I would like to listen your voice clearly which is true way and direction.
please, help me not to listen to our desire, deceitful desire.
please, make me listen to your true will and obey your commands.
please, God, encourage me to obey you, not to run away from your good will.

The pride of your heart has deceived you (Obadiah 1:3)
"The pride of your heart has deceived you, you who live in the clefts of the rocks and make your home on the heights, you who say to yourself, 'Who can bring me down to the ground?' (Obadiah 1:3)
"Because of the violence against your brother Jacob, you will be covered with shame; you will be destroyed forever.
On the day you stood aloof while strangers carried off his wealth and foreigners entered his gates and cast lots for Jerusalem, you were like one of them.
You should not look down on your brother in the day of his misfortune, nor rejoice over the people of Judah in the day of their destruction, nor boast so much in the day of their trouble.
You should not march through the gates of my people in the day fo their disaster, nor look down on them in their calamity in the day of their disaster, nor seize their wealth in the day of their disaster.
You should not wait at the crossroads to cut down their fugitives, nor hand over their survivors in the day of their trouble.
The day of the LORD is near for all nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head" (Obadiah 1:10-15).
Heavenly, Father
Thank you for your words at this time.
I repent my pride of heart which is always wrong in your sight. I don't want to be decieved from the pride of heart. please, make me be humble before you and remember that I am your creation and child which is supposed to follow your will and your grace, and your commands. To rely on you is not suffering of prison, but the freedom of blessing.
Heavenly, Father
Thank you for giving this insight: if I ignor my brothers' suffering in Christ, it is the violence against my brother. If I just stand before them in Christ without nothing to do for my brothers when they are in trouble, it means that I have the pride of heart and it is the violence against my brothers who are your children.
Lord, please, let me consider my brother with your heart which is merciful and gracious, and love all the time, especially the time of their suffering.
Lord,
lead me to have compassion on them who are suffering and to pray and be with them.
Lord,
please, givet me have your heart which is willing to die for your children who are my brothers.
God,
please, help me discern where you intend me and my family to be and what to do.
please, lead me to realize your will for your glory and to obey it.
please, give us strong faith
please, help us to remember what you have done for us until this time.

Thank you for this time to meditate your words and consider your good and righteous will. By this, I am enjoying your mercy and grace.
I really appreciate this thime since I realize that I am a sinner, the impure which cause Christ to die on the cross. But you consider me as the righteous through the faith on Jesus Christ. That is your great mercy.
Heavenly Father, thank you so so much for giving this opportunity to grow spiritually continuously through your Words in the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
please, let me deditate and read the Scripture as daily bread since we are your children who need spiritual bread to grow like Jesus Christ who is our brother and friend, and Lord.
Whenever I read the Bible, please, help me understand the true meaning of it and reveal your wisdom and truth to me, which will lead me to serve others and encourage them to follow everything that you have taught me.
please, make me humble and gentle.
Father, God,
You are Almighty. you made the moutains, and created the wind. you cannot be compared with others. your glory is amazing in everywhere on earth and heaven.
So, I cannot imagine that you love me and listen to me and help me all the time even though I am nothing. I cannot imagine that you who forms the moutains and winds have been with me who is .like a worm. How great your mercy and love are. I am so blessing person, and our family are so blessing family. Thank you the LORD and the Lord.
Thus, we want to seek you, not others since you are the Creator and King of kings, the only God who creats everything for your glory and your people. you are only true life.
We really truelly want to rely on you. please, lead us to seek you who are holy and righteous, and justice.
please, help me seek your good, holy, righteous character.

Heavenly Father, I want to listen your voice and vision.
"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" Proverbs 9:10
Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised Proverbs 31:30
Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter; Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man Ecclesiastes 12:13

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him swho is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! The Lord is with you
"The Lord is with you" Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. But the angel said to her, "Do not b afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God.

"The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you...
For nothing is impossible with God
"I am the Lord's servant," Mary answered. "May it be to me as you have said." Then the angel left her.
Today, I listend to the sermon about Luk3 1:26-38.
The pastor said "ministry is the place of invisible God through inaccurate people..
합당하지 않은 사람을 통해서 보이지 않으신 하나님을 드러내는 곳이 사역지라는 것이, 부적절할 사람을 통해서,
나에게 하나님의 부르심이 있는 것을까?
하나님은 나에게 무엇을 하라고 하시는 것인가?
하나님 제가 부끄럽지 않으십니까?
아직도 저는 의심하고 있고, 확실한 하나님의 증거와 인도하심을 바라고 있습니다.
아직도 제 자신을 보면 아무런 능력도 없고 지혜도, 믿음도 없는 제 모습을 보게 됩니다.
저는 아직도 저를 보고 있지, 하나님을 보지 않고 있습니다.
저에게는 아무 소망도 힘도 없습니다.
그러나 하나님이 일하시는 것이면 모든 것이 가능합니다.
그것이 고난의 길일 것이고, 힘든 길이지만,
우리가 가야 할 길이라면,
그것이 주님이 부르신 길이라면
우리는 한 걸음 한 걸음 나아가며 순종하는 것이 우리의 기쁨이고 행복일 것입니다.
하나님, 나 같은 사람을 쓰시려고 하시는 것인가요?
아니면 왜, 저를 이곳으로 불러 주셨나요?
그리고 왜, 저에게 필요한 것을 채워 주셨나요?
하나님, 저의 고집 때문에 저를 부르셨나요?
제가 왜 기독교학교에 대한 소망을 갖게 되었나요? 정말 하나님이 기뻐하시는 교육이 무엇인지, 교사가 어떻게 살아야 하는지,
제가 준비할 것은 이렇게 공부하고 마무리하면 되는 것 아닌가요?
제가 쓸데없이 무엇을 어떻게 할 까를 고민하고 있는 것 같습니다.
이미 하나님께서 일을 시작하셨으니, 저에게 일을 주실 것이고, 그것에 저는 순종하면 되는데 제가 어떤일을 해야 할 까? 어디로 가야 할 까? 가족은 어떻게 먹여 살릴까 하는 고민들은 불순종의 모습이 아닌가요?
하나님, 참으로 감사합니다.

how can I work in the Holy Place?
"Aaron and his sons must wear them whenever they enter the Tent of Meeting or approach the altar to minister in the Holy Place, so that they will not incur guilt and die. "This is to be a lasting ordinance for Aaron and his descendants" Exodus 28:43
God is holy, so I need to be holy if i work for Him with Him.
I need to wear holy cloth whenever I am in the Holy place. what makes me holy? it is Jesus' blood.
I need to rely on Jesus to serve Him and for His kingdom.
There is nothing to make me holy except Jesus, the Lamb.
Everyday, i need to wear the grace of Jesus.
Everyday, I need to wear his mercy
Unless, I cannot pass and teach the truths which are from Him.
God is asking us to be holy, which is possible through Jesus Christ.
which is possible through His mercy and grace.
which is a gift.
"There I will meet you and speak to you; there also I will meet with the Israelites, and the place will be consecrated by my glory. "So I will consecrate the Tent of Meeting and the altar and will consecrate Aaron and his sons to serve me as priests. Then I will dwell among the Israelites and be their God. They will know that I am the LORD their God, who brought them out of Egypt so that I might dwell among them. I am the LORD their God" Exodus 29:42-6
God wants to be my God and to live in me. Because of that, God leads us.
"I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, ability, and knowledge in all kinds of crafts"
Heavenly Father, please, give us your wisdom to serve you and your kingdom.
I believe that you will fill me with the Spirit of God with your wisdom if you make me your servant.
please, make me humble, meek, gentle, and kind.
God, help me.
"The LORD, the LORD, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, revellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourthl generation." Exodus 34:6-7
God is holy, so I need to be holy if i work for Him with Him.

나는 날마다 죽노라
세상의 더러운 것과 만물의 찌끼같이 되게 하셨다고요. 왜요? 우리의 보상과 영원한 집은 여기에 있지 않고 하나님이 신령한 것으로 약속하신 모든 것은 이 세상에 존재하지 않기 때문입니다. 그래서 우린 부활 사상속에 있죠. 그래서 우리가 다시 살아 예수 그리스도와 함께 그 나라를 유업으로 받는 다는 것이 우리 신앙의 가장 중요한 목표이고 핵심이지 우리가 믿은 것으로 이 세상에서 무슨 상을 받으며 어떤 대접을 받는냐는 것은 우리 이 생각속에는 없는 것입니다. 우리는 거기를 향하여 가고 그러기 위하여 이 세상에서 하나님의 자녀로 이 세상은 악하고 어둡고 그리고 헛된 되지만 우리는 영원을 준비하고 영광된 자리로 약속을 받고 이 세상을 나그네로 지나가며 그러는 동안 하나님께서 우리에게 약속하신 것을 증거하는 자로 복의 근원으로 살아가고 있는 자들입니다.
왜 때마다 위험을 무릎쓰고 왜 매일 죽느냐 그 이유는
부활과 영생을 목표로 하고 있는 자는
예수 그리스도와 그리스도의 베푸신 구원과 은혜를 나누기 위하여 이 세상에서 환나과 고난을 피하지 않기 때문에 때마다 환난을 당하고 날마다 죽을 수 밖에 없기 때문입니다.
다시요, 우리는 영원한 약속과 영광의 자리가 내세적입니다. 그러나 하나님께서 이 땅에 오셔서 우리를 구원해 내신 것 같이 그리고 그 구원을 위하여 이제 우리를 부르사 우리를 제사장으로 쓰고 있습니다. 우리의 소망은 저기에 있습니다. 이 세상은 예수 그리스도를 모르고 십자가를 모릅니다. 그를 쫓는 우리를 모릅니다. 세상은 우리에게 조롱과 훼방과 핍박과 온갖 유혹을 해대는 것이 세상입니다. 그러나 여기서 우리가 오래 살아야 할 아무런 이유가 없지만 하나님께서 그 나라를 확장하시고 죽어가는 영혼들을 불러내시는 일에 우리를 동역자로 부르고 계십니다. 그래서 우리는 주께서 구원의 문을 열어 놓고 계시기 때문에 그 구원의 사역자로서 하나님께서 부르시는 영혼들 앞에 증언자로 하나님의 복되신 구원을 전달하는 자로 또 하나님의 백성들을 위로하고 함께 가기 위해 쓰임받는 자로서 예수그리스도와 믿음의 이웃들과 구원을 받아야만 되는 모든 세상의 사람들을 향하여 이 세상이 우리에게 보상하고 대적하는 모든 비난과 오해와 조롱과 협박을 감수하기로 하는 겁니다. 영원을 준비하고 있고 내세를 소망으로 갖고 있으되 우리가 해야 하는 일은 우리가 누군지를 모르고 아니 우리를 향하여 이를 갈고, 우리를 보기 싫어 하고 괜히 우리를 핍박하는 이 속에서 우리가 얻은 구원과 그리고 저들에게 하나님께서 아직도 가지고 계시는 은혜와 긍휼을 베풀기 위하여 내가 존재해야 됩니다. 내가 이 일을 안하고 입 다물어 버리면 우리는 세상에서 고난을 당할 이유가 없습니다. 그러니까 바울이 때마다 위험을 무릎쓰고 날마다 죽는 이유가 뭐냐 그러면 영원한 소망을 위해서며, 그 영원한 소망을 하나님께서 나와 또 얼마든지 부르신 모든 사람을 위하여 하나님이 나를 부르셨기 때문에 그걸 외면하지 않는 정당한 신자라면 그의 생애 속에 때마다 날마다 고난과 죽음을 각오할 수 밖에 없다는 것입니다.
부활이라는 것은 내가 이제 죽어도 나는 부활할 것이요, 하나님의 나라에 가서 살 것이다. 그 부활사상을 어떻게 이해했느냐에 따라서 오늘 이 현실을 이 세상을 어떻게 살아가야만 되느냐라는 가장 중요한 하나의 책임을 우리에게 확인시키는 것입니다.
사도행전 19장 23-
에베소에 오래 머물면서 전도하였는데 구원받을 자도 많았지만 대적하는 자들도 많았다.
그런 어려움을 감당하는 이유는
그가 어떤 어려움을 당해도 외면하지 않는 이유는 주께서 베푸신 구원을 더 많은 사람에게 나누고 싶은 그리스도의 사랑에 동참한 까닭이요 또 우리가 하나님앞에 설 때에 평가받는 일이 이 세상에서의 일의 가치로서가 아니며 이 세상에서 오래 산 것도 아니며 누가 주를 위하여 신자답게 살았느냐로 평가 될 것이니까 그는 때마다 고난을 무릎쓰고 날마다 죽는 일을 기꺼이 감수할 수 있게 되는 것입니다.
내가 육신에 속한 자처럼
범인 처럼
나에게 당한일에 대해서 내가 억울하다고 생각하고 그들에게 나를 지키고 내 자존심을 위해 싸운 다면 그게 어찌 부활 소망을 가진 신자가 할짓이냐 이거예요.
부활소망을 갖고 있다면 우리가 이 세상에서 어떤 일을 당한 다 할지라도 예수그리스도 편을 들고 신자 답게 살고 그걸 외면하지 않아야지
내가 주를 편들고 신자같이 살아야 주 앞에서는 날 부끄럽지 않게 될 것인데....
세상적인 차원에서의 자존심과 자기 힘과 이런 것으로 싸우지 말고....
이 세상이 최종 목적지인 것 같이 이 세상에서 받는 보상이 최고의 보상인 것 같이 그렇게 여러분을 부추기는 건 다 악한 동무입니다.

이 세상의 보상과 이 세상의 쾌락과 이 세상에서 여러분을 증명하는 일들로 인하여 여러분들이 정보를 주고 받는 일을 구역에서 하지 마세요. 그런 걸 가르춰주는 친구들하고 가까이 만나지 마세요. "악한 동무들은 선한 행실을 더럽히나니 깨어 의를 행하고 죄를 짓지 말라"

바울은 자기를 보호하거나 자기를 변명하거나 자기를 증명하고 있지 않아요.
누가 약하면 내가 약하지 아니하며 누가 실족하게 되면 내가 애타하지 아니하냐 이런 마음으로 가세요. 날 우습게 보지마 일로가지 마세요. 제발
무슨 말을 하더라도 이렇게 똑 부러지게 하고, 그러지 마세요. 얼굴에다 똑똑 이런 거 쓰고 다니지 마세요. 그냥 이렇게 눈 동자도 좀 풀어지고 그저 이렇게 다소 곳하고 그저 먹다남은 똑떡같이 먹다버린 밥풀같이 그렇게 좀 살아주세요. 신자는 이렇게 고개 빠딱빠딱 들고 닭대가리 움직이듯이 그렇게 안 살아요. 뭐든지 지지 않는 그런 사람이 되지 말아 주세요. 부탁이예요.
신앙이란 그런게 아니예요.
신자는 그런게 아니예요. 자기를 증명하는 것이 아니예요. 누가 약하면 내가 약하고 누가 실족하면 내가 애타하는 나를 위해서 이야기할 것이 있다면 나의 약한 것외에는 할 말이 없는 이게 부활생명으로 가는 신령한 신자들의 마땅한 삶의 자세요 태도요, 원리요 모든 것입니다.
하나님 아버지 은혜를 감사합니다. 하나님께서 우리에게 능력을 요구하시지도 않고 하나님이 우리에게 무엇 내놓으라고 하시지 않고 오직 하나님께서 우리와 함께 일하시고자 우리에게 순종과 겸손과 희생을 요구하십니다. 그것이야 왜 못내놓겠습니까? 우리보고 돈을 내놓으라고 하십니까? 우리보고 수명을 내놓으라 하십니까? 주께서 우리에게 무슨 능력을 내놓으라고 하십니까? 꾀를 내놓으라 하십니까? 근데 우리는 왜 자꾸 우리가 가진 것을 내놓아 주의 일을 방해하고 있는 지 모르겠습니다. 우리의 미련한 것을 돌아보소서. 우리로 지혜롭게 하사 우리 하나님이 우리에게 맡기신 이 일에 영화로움과 그 비밀과 지혜를 알게 하사 우리로 순종하게 하옵소서, 겸손하게 하옵소서, 인내하게 하옵소서, 십자가를 지게 하시옵소서. 우리로 약한 마음을 갖게 하시고, 겸손한 마음을 갖게 하시고 오직 열심을 품고, 주를 섬기게 하사 주께서 우리를 부르신 부름앞에 아멘하게 하시고 우리를 통하여 일하시는 모든 일에 십자가의 승리를 우리로 목표하게 하시옵소서 그리하여 하나님께서 우리 인생속에서 증거되고 우리의 삶에 생명의 열매가 맺혀지고 하나님의 은혜와 긍휼과 자비와 구원이 증거되는 하나님께서 쓰시는 복된 삶이 되게 하시옵소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
왜 때마다 위험을 무릎쓰고 왜 매일 죽느냐 그 이유는
부활과 영생을 목표로 하고 있는 자는

God's sign 1. Do not choose something which looks like the garden of the LORD for myself.
So Abram said to Lot, "Let's part company. If you go to the left, I'll go to the right; if you go to the right, I'll go to the left." Lot looked up and saw that the whole plain of the Jordan was well watered, like the garden of the LORD, like the land the Egypt, toward Zoar. (This was before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.) So Lot chose for himself the whole plain of the Jordan and set out toward the east. The two men parted company: (Gen 13: 8-11).
Yesterday, I listened to Sidney's sermon who is a assistant pastor of Meadowledge community baptist church since a senior pastor is in his vacation. Through this sermon, I believe that God gave me some sign to my prayer for future ministry.
When Abram asked Lot to choose an area to avoid the quarreling, Lot looked and saw the good land like the garden of the LORD for himself. Abram asked Lot to choose first. He sought Lot's benefits. He consider LOt better than himself in humility (Phil 2:4). His attitude is the same as that of Christ Jesus (Phil 2:5).
However, Lot sought his desire and benefits by looking just appearance of something. He did not see hidden meaning and purpose. As a result, his area finally was destroyed by God since evil and wick culture.
Sidney mentioned Lot's decision is like Eve's looking.
"When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it." (Gen 3:6).
She fixed her eye on what looks good for herself.
How should I go for God's ministry?
I need to choose what God want me to go, not mine and for myself.
please, help us have desire for the ministry for your kingdom, not for my desire and reputation.
please, Heavenly Father, give us your wisdom to wait your direction.
please, lead us to be and go the place that you intend us to go.
please, prevent us from the temptation which looks like your blessing.
please, let us deny ourselves and take our crosses.
please, help us follow your way.

Day 21 for the church, for the gospel
Heavenly Father, I do not have the church which I need to be united in Christ.
please, give us the church that is your body in which we want to serve the gospel.
where should we go ?
help us see your direction.
"since you are eager to have spiritual gifts, try to excel in gifts that build up the church" (1 Cor 14:12).
"Brothers, stop thinking like children. In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults" (20).
"what then shall we say, brothers? when you come together, everyone has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or interpretation. All of these must be done for the strengthening of the church" (26).
For God is not a God of disorder but of peace (33)
But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way (40).
Heavenly, Father.
I want to serve for the gospel.
please, remind us of your gospel which leads to our salvation.(15:1,2)
Just as Paul did, even though I do not deserve to be called a teacher, a preacher, or a disciple, or a Christian, I would like to work hard for your gospel through your grace. please, be with us, give us your grace which enables us to work hard. (15:9-10).
"But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through out Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain" (15:57-8).
"Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Do everything in love" (16:13-4).
"if anyone does not love the Lord- acurse be on him. Come, O Lord! The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you. My love to all of you in Christ Jesus. Amen." 22-4

day 20 I don't have love
Thank you God for letting me know that I do not have love through 1Corinthians 13.
I really don't have love, I am nothing.
I need to realize more you, and your love, and my sin.
please, help me, and teach me, and guide me.
please, God help me understand your true love and you. I am still seek myself.
I am not patient since i don't know how you are patient to me.
I am not kind since i don't know how you are kind to me.
i envy since my focus is on me since I do not have love for others.
i boast since i am arrogant, and i think i have power to do myself without you.
I am proud of me inner heart since i think i can do something without you.
i am rude to others since i consider myself better than others.
i have self-seeking since i am selfish.
i am easily angered since i judge others all the time.
i keep thinking wrong things since i do not depend on you.
i delight in evil but do not rejoice the truth since i have my own standard and am weak.
love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
however, i always do not protect, trust, hope, and persevere.
God, help me love you and others with your true love.

Heavenly Father, our goal should be to share the gospel. please, help us fix our eyes on your gospel. Without that, we do not have the meaning of living like Paul confessed that.
Heavenly Father,
help us keep in mind that preaching the gospel is the reward. please, let us seek to being servants to everyone for their salvations.
"But we did not use this right. On the contrary, we put up with anything rather than hinder the gospel of Christ" (1 Cor 9:12b)
In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel...Yet when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, for I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! If I preach voluntarily, I have a reward; if not voluntarily, I am simply discharging the trust committed to me. what then is my reward? Just this: that in preaching the gospel I may offer it free of charge, and so not make use of my rights in preaching it. Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to everyone to win as many as possible...I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings... Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore, I do not run like aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air. No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize. (1 Cor 9:14, 16-19, 23, 25-27).

Therefoere, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of the world, but be transformed by renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is- his good, pleasing and perfect will. For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more hightly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us.
If a man's gift is prophercying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging let him encourage; if it is contributing to the nedds of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.
Love must be in sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.
Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God' swrath, for it is written ; "It is mine to avenge; I will repay" says the Lord. On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.."
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Heavenly Father, you are great. We cannot express your mercy and love. you gave us everything that you have since you love us.
Since you love us, we can be confident in here and all the time.
And you called us, justified us, and glorified us for your glory.
Even though we have trouble and persecution, we can overcome that since you love us.
Please, remember my mother especially. She needs your mercy and your salvation. She is your child who really want to obey you since she knows she is sinner and weak. Without you, she cannot do anything. Thank you God.

please, help her to have stemina to live and honor you. remember mother and father. They need your mercy and love, I believe that you love them and forgive their sins because they are sinners and your children.

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us, For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, wil bealbe to separeate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Rom 8:37-9).
Heavenly Father, help us to pass your love to others. we want to live, showing your love and mercy to others.

day 9 amazing God, and praise the Lord
In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Therefore do not let sine reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God, as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer the parts of your body, to him as instruments of righteousness. For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace (Rom 6:11-4)
What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death! But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Rom 6:21-3).
Heavenly Father, thank you so much for making us the slaves of God, not slaves of sin.
We are so glad to be your servants which leads us eternal life and holiness.
Since we are your slaves, we must live according to your will and who you are.
You are good and love all the time.
Heavenly Father, we need your great vision to lead us to serve you and your kingdom. please, transform us for your glory.

I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith." (Rom 1:16-7).
"Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin...3:19-20
This righteousness from God comes through fatih in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 3:22-4

"From morning till evening he explained and declared to them the kingdom of God and tried to convince them about Jesus from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets" (Acts 27:23a).
Please, help us to teach your kingdom of God

Thank you for giving your great mercy and forgiveness to our sins.
We want to love you with all our hearts, with all our souls, and with all our minds, please help us to love you with all our hearts, souls, and minds.
we want to love each other, and love others with your love.
Please, encourage us to see your wisdom and you who are loving us and showing us great example to live.
please, help us not to have temptation from our desire.
please, help us to study hard, and pray hard, read the Bible, love you and neighbors according to your words.
"Take courage! as you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome" (Acts 23:11).
"Now get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen of me and what I will show you. I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me. (Acts 26:16-8).
please, make sure that you are calling us as your servants for the people who need to move from darkness to light of God.
please, show us your vision clearly.
please, help us to realize what you intend us to go and do as your servants.
please, givu us faith more and more, deeply and deeply.

Heavenly, Father
Thank you for this Paul's preaching which is giving us your wisdom.
It shows what we should do, what attitude we should have, and how we should live after graduation.
His last preaching to the elders in Ephesus denotes great instructions since my sitiuation is slimilar to the elders' situation.
Paul says, "remember that for three years I never stopped warning each of you night and day with tears"(Acts 20:31).
God has given many teaching and warning through many people in the USA. By their lives and attitudes, we have learned something.
While we are here, We know that you never stopped warning us night and day with your tears. Thank you God for your tears for us.
"Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.(Acts 20:32)
Please, make us focus on you and your grace all the time. We need you and your grace all the time. Unless we are with you, we cannot do anything. Unless you give your grace to us, we cannot live in everywhere.
please, help us to meditate you and your words in your grace and love all the time. help us remember what you says through the Bible. help us love you and your words so that we can obey you and live joyfully.
"In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'

We have received a lot of things, gifts, love, kindness, compassion, companions, the knowledge of truth, and good wisdoms. Especially, we have watched many good Christians as examples. you gave us angels who have great love and kindness and generosity.
The reason you show those peopel is to ask us to live like them, helping the weak, giving your gospel and blessing.
Please, make us live with your desire which is to help other by you, your words, your example, your grace, your gospel.

"I served the Lord with great humility and with tears, although I was severely tested by the plots of the Jews. You know that I have not hesitated to preach anything that would be helpful to you but have taught you publicly and from you house to house. I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus. And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there. I only know that in every city the Holy Spirit warns me that prison and hardships are facing me. However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me- the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace." (Acts 20:19-24)
